Santosh Patel comes from a rich background in Corporate America, holding a degree in Finance. He began his career as a Senior Financial Analyst but quickly realized his true passion was not in spreadsheets or money management, but in helping people grow and develop.
Transitioning into leadership roles, Santosh focused on mentoring and developing others, ultimately rising to a Senior Executive position. Despite his success, the demands of constant travel and nonstop work caused him to miss important family moments and lose sight of his original passion.
One important lesson he learned in Corporate America is that adult development can be just as challenging—if not more so—than working with kids.
Now, as the proud owner of the TGA Sports franchise for Somerset & Hunterdon County, Santosh is thrilled to bring his passion for growth and development to youth in the community through sports. ⚽🏀🎾
