1Application & DiscoveryYour first step towards owning a youth sports franchise with YAU begins with an application. Next, we’ll contact you for a discovery call. This is our opportunity to get to know you, your experience and potential fit with YAU.

2Training & OnboardingAfter a background check, it’s onto training and onboarding where we welcome you to the YAU team and explain our systems and curriculum.

3Speak with Our FranchiseesYou’ll also be able to interview a current franchise owner, so you can hear directly from them about their experience with YAU. Then you’ll meet our corporate leadership team. These are the people who’ll work closely with you to help ensure a successful launch.

4Review FDDWe’ll also ask you to fill out an inquiry form, a simple document asking for general information about yourself. We’ll give you an opportunity to review our Federal Disclosure Document (FDD), which contains everything you need to know about us, including financial arrangements and fees so that you can make an informed decision.

5Start FranchisingBy Day 30, you’ll be a full-fledged franchise owner, helping children in your community realize their potential in sports!
